This production line is mainly composed of extruders, machine heads, three-roll calendar machines, bracket tractors, and double-station fetching machines. It is primarily used for manufacturing PET, PP, and PS plastic membranes. With changed molds, it can manufacture many kinds of thermoplastic sheets.

The plastic sheet production line adopts different screw designs and mechanical configurations to be suitable for manufacturing a variety of plastic sheets (e.g., PVC, PP, PE, PS, PET, ABS, PMMA, etc.).
